NOTE:  $20 a man up front ($480 total pot).  If no skins then we'll add 2nd place for each format and they will win $20 each, and overall payouts will go to 1st-$100,  2nd-$70,  3rd-$40.
All tie breakers will be to match cards beginning with the first hole.
For alternate shot holes one guy will tee off on hole #'s 13, 15 & 17 and the other will tee off on hole #'s 14, 16 & 18.  Then alternate shots until ball is holed. Both guys can hit a tee shot on #17 for closest to pin, but must use odd hole player's ball for score.
